Charlie is seasoned litigator who has more than 10 years of experience in the high-stakes world of class action litigation, where he honed his skills as a meticulous advocate. His experience navigating complex legal battles involving hundreds of millions of dollars at stake ensures he approaches every family matter with precision and dedication. With a passion for helping others and commitment to making a difference, Charlie has found his calling in providing personalized legal representation to people from all walks of life.

Charlie’s family law experience includes defending clients in highly contentious domestic violence restraining order matters, assisting clients with uncontested family law dissolution matters including custody, visitation, and support, as well as representing self-employed clients with multi-million-dollar marital estates in mediations.

Charlie graduated from San Diego State University with a Political Science degree and started practicing in 2007 after graduating from Western State Law School in Orange County, California.

When not in the courtroom, you can find him on a baseball field, coaching and inspiring young athletes. His dedication to coaching mirrors his approach to family law – helping clients develop skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their fullest potential.
